Brother of Ernest. Jeweler, watchmaker. Established a jewelry store in Shasta in 1854. Member of Lyon Light Infantry in 1863. Moved store to Anderson in 1886 and later to the Golden Eagle Hotel in Redding where it became known as the Golden Eagle Jewelry Store.[1]
